I suggest you get an appointment to see a dermatologist for help with your skin. There have been great strides made with acne and repairing the damage it causes.|||I could opt for 1000mg vitamin C instead , taken 3 times daily

Acidopholous might be helpful also, as it%26#039;s a healthy bacteria
If your problem is really bad acne, you might need to go to a doctor to get ant-biotics. I had really bad acne as a teen and the Only thing that worked for my was antibiotics.(doxycycline)
The point im trying to say is that nutrition doesn%26#039;t have so much to do with helping acne. Whereas oilly, greasy foods can only esacerbate acne, but not Cause it.
