1. Drink Lots of Water
2. Eat food rich in antioxidants. AKA, fruits, veggies, nuts, fish, etc.
3. Do not ever touch your face except when you are washing it. And when applying makeup, make sure your hands and makeup sponges/brushes are clean.
4. If you do wear makeup, make sure you look for labels that read Oil-Free and Noncomedogenic (Won%26#039;t Clog Pores) and Hypoallergenic (Non-irritating)
5. Wear SPF 15 protection to ward off dangeroud UVA and UVB rays as these can irritate the skin and cause inflammation, leading to breakouts and uneveness/discoloration
6. Wash your face daily with a gentle, oilfree cleanser. If you have bad acne, look for medicated facial cleansers with beta hydroxy acids such as salicyclic acid or benzoyl peroxide.
7. Choose a good quality moisturizer. If you dont hydrate your skin, your oil glands may work in overdrive and create excess sebum (the stuff that clogs out pores) leading to breakouts. Therefore, choose an oilfree matifying moisturizer. If you can, find one that has spf protection
8. Don%26#039;t pick your pimples. If you end up having a zit, apply a warm compress for 10 minutes and apply a topical ointment. If you want to make the appearance of the zit go away quickly however, rub an icecube on the zit for a couple minutes, then a drop of visine to the area to rid the redness of it, and apply an acne medicated concealer such as Neutrogena or Clean and Clear.
9. Get at least 8 hours of sleep and exercise to regulate the hormones that control your oil glands in your skin. Maintining control of these hormones can prevent them from leading to excess oil and therefore eventually breakouts.|||Always wash your face at least once a day. You could also use products like AcneFree or ProActiv.|||Drink a lot of water, take vitamins, (lysine is a wonderful supplement for your skin - I never break out when I am taking it and it is also great for mouth ulcers). Get plenty of sleep because your body and skin repair during sleep. Then dry it real well. Then get a face-washing pad (Neutragina has some... and there are others too. Its like a short cillindar container) and use it on your face.
Do that every morning and every night and your face will be perfectly clean =)

stop drinking any milk or any dairy products for a week switch to soy milk it is not bad at all try it on strawberry smoothies they also have soy yogurts and soy cheese you wont even know the difference.
Drink tons of water because your body is going to detox from all the hormones that come with the milk..
do not forget your veggies really important.
You would see a big change I promise I was shock the first time I try it it works really works.
