Put Bump Stopper on pimple like bumps and now I have a Rash. What is it?

I had pimple like bumps - one between my eyes and the other on the corner of my mouth. The one on the corner of my mouth didn%26#039;t want to come to a head - so I put Bump Stopper on them 2 days later I have a rash that looks like cold sore next to my mouth. Now the one between my eyes have a small rash looking thing. What is it? HELP PLEASE|||I am sorry to say but it seems like you may have a wart or herpes .because i had the same problem .don%26#039;t want scare you.but go see a doctor..
