What is the best & fastest way to get rid of the redness caused by a pimple?

Take some eye drops that reduce redness (like Vasilne) and drop a couple drops of it on Q-tips. Freeze in your freezer untill they are pretty cold then hold it on your pimples for a minute or two|||Try visine. Works for eyes and pimples. Gets the red out. Saw it on the Today Show
