What are these small, flesh-colored, pimple-like bumps?

Well, I was in the shower and I noticed these tiny flesh-colored, pimple-like bumps on my scrotum and lower shaft.





They don%26#039;t hurt, and you can%26#039;t see them unless you%26#039;re actually %26#039;looking%26#039; for them.





I was just wondering if anyone knows what this is? I%26#039;m trying to get a doc appointment here soon, but I wanted a little bit more information before I go.|||well it could be herpes pimples ingrown hairs if you shave it could be irritated skin or razor burn but yah your doctor would know a lot better|||I%26#039;m not sure what you%26#039;re describing sadly, maybe you could post the question again with a picture? (not of your scrotum obviously but of it in a different case.)





I have had a couple of what sounds like these for my whole life, around my wrists..it%26#039;s usually obvious wether something is benign or not, if it%26#039;s sensitive or enflamed or anything then that%26#039;s a bad sign but if it%26#039;s just like the rest of your skin then I wouldn%26#039;t worry about it :)

P.S. Totally Harmles..|||its infected hair follicles. i get them around my nose all the time.|||Fordyce Spots perhaps?|||Its definitely fordyce spots! your doc will refer you to a dermatologist to remove them if its sever but they are harmless|||I think they are called %26#039;Goose Bumps%26#039;
