The tip of my nose is red and there a hard pimple?

the tip of my nose is red and there a hard pimple? how do i get rid of it?|||the dermatologist is the best person to take car of this but i have noticed that my nose does not scar when i get pimples there so my suggestion is that after you take a warm-hot shower the pimple is going to be softer and easier to pop. It is better to do it with something soft and not your finger nails as they may scar around where you squeeze.
