Is it a pimple on my lip or a cold sore?

on the bottom of my lips, theres a pimple looking (its white, u know when its ready to pop?) ,..... i didnt pop it cuz im not sure if its a cold sore or what... is it a cold sore or just a pimple that needs to be pop?|||If it tingles it%26#039;s a cold sore. They can turn into fluid filled vesicles and sometimes a cluster of tiny fluid filled bumps. cold sores can spread so be clean and careful. If it has a white head usually just a pimple with some redness around the white head and tenderness. Whatever it is, I wouldn%26#039;t recommend popping. It can lead to scars.
