Does anyone know a really good pimple cream?

I get the odd pimple here and there like any other teenager but i was wondering if anyone knows a really really really good pimple/blemish cream preferably under $20 or whatever. I live in Sydney Australia ... so no American products please thanks :)|||try simple toothpaste. Haemorrhoid cream can remove the inflammation.|||Do you have any instant coffee in your house? I found mixing this into a small amount of melted butter can do WONDERS when applied to the face for about 10 minutes. Put about 1 tablespoon of instant coffee into 1 tablespoon of semi-melted butter. Mix well and smear onto the spot%26#039;s on your face that need the most care. Leave it on for 10 minutes why laying down (perhaps read a book?) and you%26#039;ll notice it help within 10 hours!
