Can bacitracin zinc ointment work on acne or pimples? how else can you get rid of a pimple over night?

I just tried Bacitracin zinc ointment on my acne last night and I have to say that it works very well. It works a hell of a lot better then those facial cleansers I%26#039;ve been using.|||I am currently using bacitracin zinc ointment for my stubborn acne. Ive used so many different topicals and oral treatments prescribed by dermatologist and none of them have worked as effectively or as fast as good ole bacitracin zinc ointment! Report Abuse
