After popping a big pimple, a lot of clearish liquid came out which swelled up worse. How do I dry it out?

Ewe, that happens to me sometimes. I would just suggest using a tissue to get all the liquid, then putting either acne spot treatment, or a dab of mud mask on the zit before more can come out. Using mud mask or toothpaste on it overnight will dry it out.
