Whats a good product i can put on my butt to make the pimple go away?

can it be just any old face wash. there all over my butt and thats the only place on my body i get them and their gross. |||i used clensing acne facewash/bodywash and after i get out of the shower, i make sure i exfoliate my butt with a towel immediatly so the skin is soft and pores open....do not but body cream on ur butt either because the oils will create more acne....
