i get breakouts often nd about a week nd a half ago i got a pimple on my upper lip nd it just wont go away!!! anyone know how to get rid of it??|||Yes I hate them! I usually pop them. They usually pop pretty easily, but if it%26#039;s not ready, don%26#039;t keep picking at it. Just use some facial cleanser every day and it will go away eventually. Pimples on the lips always seem to last the longest, but if you can pop it, it will go away pretty quickly. Otherwise, just cleanse every day.|||yyup, Had that before. what I ended up doing was popping it right before i got in the shower and cleansing it with soap, and for your acne in general, I used to have a bad acne problem when I lived with my mother and wasn%26#039;t able to shower often because of some plumbing problem but when i moved out and showered more often, changed my pillow cases and such its rare I get any acne..never used any medication because id always forget to use it unless i saw it..anyway just make sure its not irritated, if you must pop it, clean it and change your pillow cases and shower often.. Exfoliate your face and lips with soap and a facial scrubbie pad, or clean facecloth at least 2 times a day.
Dab alcohol or pimple cream on the spot on your lip.
