I have a bump like a pimple on my penis?

i am 20and have not had sex yet because im waiting till marrige so its deff not an STD. it hurts a little but i cant pop it? is it an ingrown hair? or something else? can anyone help?|||if its at the base of your penis yes i have them, i%26#039;m a virgin aswell so yer your right its not an STD but they only show up when i have an erection
