How can i get rid of an under-the-skin pimple?

its totally under the skin-- a red bump that hurts. but there is no opening so i can%26#039;t %26quot;Pop%26quot; it. i need to get rid of it fast because i%26#039;m in a wedding on friday. help!!!|||Put a hot compress on it for 10 minutes to bring it to head then you can pop it. Put some acne cream on it too, or toothpaste.|||no never pop them. this article has some great tips on acne i hope it helps you|||squeeze it as much as possible then poke it with a red hot iron. that should work.|||Try 100% Tea Tree Oil. It gets rid of the irritation and the pimple disappears within a few days. Give it a day or two it%26#039;ll be gone trust me.But put some acne treatment on it.It%26#039;ll b gone soon|||toothpaste works let it dry.|||use toothpaste or steam your face for a while to try and get it to surface.|||other then naming it and dressing it up (I say that when I have them)...there really isn%26#039;t much you can do...try applying a hot wash cloth and then a cleanser and cover it as best as you can for the wedding, then cleaning the area again....good luck
