What does it mean if you have a very large, hard pimple near the top of your ear?

is this something to do with your lymph glands draining toxins away? I have heard that if you have pimples on your chin it is related to your digestion etc. Does a painful and large pimple on your ear have some relevance to other parts of your body?|||Could be a cyst.
