Whats this look a like pimple in my mouth?

OMG! It was a little white bump. It hurt REALLY bad. Then It like popped I guess, because it had a hole in it. Then I looked today and the hole is like 3 times bigger? Whats going on? Its a powder, and not dangerous-it%26#039;s made to put in your mouth, and there is no danger with swallowing as there might be with peroxide or other infection fighters.|||could be a canker sore or an abscess, i would check with a physician, could be due to lack in potassium or other vitamin deficiency, definitely get it checked out.|||It%26#039;s just a little canker sore, that%26#039;s all.
