The smaller ones anywhere on the average from 2-3 days. The bigger cyst type pimples could last a week at the minimum (some 2-3 weeks). A dermatologist can likely reduce the time a breakout can occur. But there is definitely no overnight cure. Face rashes as a result of skin breakouts are the swelling up of pimples. They will begin to reduce as the bacteria from the pimple starts to reduce. Other types of face rashes can vary.|||umm about a week or 2

oops forgot time frame .......less than a day or overnight depending on time of application.|||idk it depends.... but to make a pimple go away (the big painful kind of pimple) put plain minty toothpaste on it( i use Tom%26#039;s spearmint gel). I had three nasty red pimples on my chin that were really big and they hurt a lot. i put toothpaste on it overnight and they disappeared mostly, then after one more night they were gone!
