Movie on WB11 it was about a boy whos town all became aliens and u can tell by the pimple on their necks?

it was a saturday afternoon movie and this young boy;s whole town becomes aliens and he;s the only one left . you can distinguish the alien by the pimple on the back of their necks.anybody can tell me the title

A spaceship lands in his back yard, and slowly everyone in town gets taken over, (including his parents?). The ship was underground, and full of tunnels, and I think it had a huge brain looking thing running the ship.
