What can you do to a pimple that won't pop?

I don%26#039;t know how to explain this well, but I have a pimple that I can%26#039;t pop or pluck off because it is still too soft. How can I harden it up so I can pluck it? Better yet, how can I just get rid of it by tomorrow morning? (GRADUATION!) And I have no make-up available. I only have toothpaste, neosporin, hydrocortisone, acnefree (cleanser, lotion, spot treatment) and I don%26#039;t know which to use tonight..please help!|||You can try to spot treatmen or the toothpaste; those seem to work the best.|||hydrocortisone or toothpaste. they both work pretty good|||put a piece of tape on it and it will draw it to a head.
