How can I get rid of a pimple super fasst?
pop it.|||Dab some alcohol on it to dry up and disinfect the area.
My inside thighs have acne, and when I excerscise about a week later a pimple full of pus forms, VERY PAINFUL!
I used to have the same problem as you! I am overweight as well, and basically what is happening is your thighs are rubbing together when you exercise, and the sweaty spandex is irritating your skin.
I cleared up my problem by trading in the spandex for breathable cotton, but make sure the shorts are long enough so your thighs remain covered and do not rub together during the exercise.
I begain using Dial Antibacterial Soap (the gold bar) in the shower and would wipe my inner thighs down with Stridex 2% salicylic acid acne pads (the red box).
Now, the really big painful pus ones are due to ingrown hairs. The Stridex pads help with that in that they really clean out and open your pores not letting hairs become in-grown. And the pads will deep-clean dirt to help with the tiny red bumps that I found so unattractive on myself. Now I only get a bump on a rare occasion.
Oh- and always shower right after exercising so the sweat doesnt linger and worsen acne problems!

What this is between your thighs is a combination of a heat rash and ingrown hairs...
The spandex is what is causing all of this grief...
Continue to do what you are doing with the washing of the area and all of that...but get rid of the spandex...it doesn%26#039;t allow your skin to breathe....and especially if you%26#039;re putting them on without being washed what good does anything you do for your skin do?
Wear cotton sweats...or wear cotton shorts...
This type of material allows your skin to breathe and you should start to heal up in about 4 days...
If not...then you might want to see a doctor...
But consider this...it may be a fungal infection too...like athletes feet...only on your inner thighs...

Does baking soda really work to eliminate pimple on your face ?
I use it and have really liked it. I enjoy using natural products. I would just reccomend not using it more than every other day. It%26#039;s also great to use in your hair to get out build up. I also like using honey as a mask afterwards. The smaller ones anywhere on the average from 2-3 days. The bigger cyst type pimples could last a week at the minimum (some 2-3 weeks). A dermatologist can likely reduce the time a breakout can occur. But there is definitely no overnight cure. Face rashes as a result of skin breakouts are the swelling up of pimples. They will begin to reduce as the bacteria from the pimple starts to reduce. Other types of face rashes can vary.|||umm about a week or 2

I had three nasty red pimples on my chin that were really big and they hurt a lot. i put toothpaste on it overnight and they disappeared mostly, then after one more night they were gone!

Some of the things I have tried ( I%26#039;m a big pimple hater! ):
I used alcohol, which is supposed to dry out the thing, but it didn%26#039;t really work in my case (I have oily skin)
I used white toothpaste, which is also supposed to dry the blemish out. This works for me sometimes.
What I found works best is a mask I bought in Wal-Mart. It works miracles for my face! It%26#039;s called Freeman%26#039;s Clay Mask with Avacado and Oatmeal. It significantly dries out the oils in my face and it leaves my face feeling super soft! If I were you I would definety buy it! I love it, I love it, I love it! (It%26#039;s like $4.00)

please don%26#039;t say toothpaste - it only works for me if it%26#039;s a huge pimple, im talking about getting rid of smaller ones.|||Wash your face with a combination of baking soda and a face cleanser, or just water if you want, I swear it is amazing in like 8 hours they will be gone, amazing, do it, it also makes your skin soft because it removes dead skin, although the first time you try this your skin may feel a little sensitive but the next time it won%26#039;t.|||to get rid of the bump and redness overnight is to buy TAZORAC, its a really small squeeze bottle and use the one with the clear liquid and with a q-tip put a dab on teh zit but do not spread it, leave it there overnight and in the morning you will not have any bumps, it may be a little red but nothing maskara cant cover up. other than that its great, all my bumps where gone over night|||I%26#039;ve heard that making a baking soda paste of baking soda and a tiny bit of water or crushing an aspirin into a powder and making a paste of it helps. Does putting tooth paste on a pimple realy work?
I tried this a couple times and honestly, it doesnt work at all. I would say it depends on your skin type because it does work sometimes for my wife. What can you do to a pimple that won't pop?
I don%26#039;t know how to explain this well, but I have a pimple that I can%26#039;t pop or pluck off because it is still too soft. How can I harden it up so I can pluck it? What are the steps before the pimple is completely gone? and can you tell me a way of getting rid of it by just using household items? :) It%26#039;s really annoying, i have two big ones on my right cheek for already 5 days and school starts next week. I bought some Salyciclic Acid lotion from Boots and it did the job. Any tips to kill an upcoming pimple?

How to get rid of pimple infection?
Im 16 years old, and my skin was mostly clear. I used wax to clear my uinibrow area to get rid of the hair and recently i did it again and this timee it was finee until bout 2 days after a pimple appeared! and then another and now it has been about 3 months and i keep getting pimples! I use proactive everyday! and i have tired of not using and see what happens but it just got worst! HELP PLZ!!|||well i doubt that waxing there a long time ago is going to trigger acne for three months! i mean yea it probably would make you break out a lil. so stop waxing if you havn%26#039;t already, becuase you get pimples where the HAIR FOLLICLE is. How do you make a pimple goaway fast?
1st alex, DONT PICK AT IT, don%26#039;t touch it, dont put make up on it. buy clean and clear%26#039;s advantage its a clear formula that comes in a tube, and it works wonders for me, i dont get pimples, but i get ZITS the big fat ones that hurt and turn red and hurt to touch and move my face, with that product, its gone by the next day, good thing about it is, you can wear make up on tiop of it, or so it says, i just use it when i go to sleep, and everytime i use it the results are dramatically better. 1 application before you go to bed, your pimple should be gone in about 2-3 days. viola!|||you cant really, that%26#039;s why you have to avoid future breakouts with acne fighting face wash and doing little things such as washing your pillow case at least once a week, don%26#039;t touch your face through out the day too often, make sure and eat healthy and drink plenty of water (cut back of soda cuz that will break you out really bad)

Put some toothpaste on the whole pinmple so that you cant see any skin. Toothpaste dries out the people quickly. Leave that on there for an hour or so and then take it off and apply it again in a little bit. Or, buy equate medicated acne gel. You can buy this at wal-mart and places like that. Just rub that on your pimple and it will dry it out. Hope this helps.|||wash your face every morning and night with an acne cleanser!|||Use tooth paste on your pimples at night, it helps dry them up. I use St.Ives Apricot Medicated Scrub to wash my skin with and it really works. It has salicycic acid in it which you can feel working. I have a bad pimple and when I sqeezed it brown paste came out.?
I have a big pimple on my back and when my girlfriend sqeezed it a brown paste came out. It amounted to about a 1/4 tsp. I m not sure what it is, it didnt hurt like a pimple normally would. I put hydrogen peroxide on it and washed it. I have a HUGE pimple on my nose and I poped it and blood went every where?
So today I was looking at my pimple was scared to pop this HUGE thing it had been growing for a week I finally decided to do it when I poped it the first time puss went EVERYWHERE like there was so much! it was groossss! then like an hour later I poped it agian and blood squirted everywhere!! and it won%26#039;t go down!!! I put toothpaste and my acne treatment on it overnight and stuff but didnt do anything rly man its freakin huge and its so annoying! how do I get ride of it?|||clean it with hot water and vinegar daily until it clears up|||You%26#039;ve probably already heard this, but seriously, DON%26#039;T pop your pimples! If you have acne treatment, keep using it and try to wash your face 2 or 3 times a day. But putting anything else, such as toothpaste, on it will only make it worse. It clogs your pores. Unfortunately, the only thing that is guaranteed to make your pimple go away is time; so be patient.
If acne is a continuing problem for you, see your dermatologist for more specific information.|||You are going to have to let it run its course. Do not cover it with make-up, it will only worsen it. Do not use toothpaste or any drying agent. Simply clean your face with a gentle cleanser with salycilic acid in it (at least 2% solution). Next, tone your face with a non-alcohol based toner, and use an oil-free moisturizer. Do this twice a day (even when you do not have this challenge...it will help balance your skin out). To treat the pimple itself, cleanse it with a cotton swab dipped in hydrogen peroxide, and then after it bubbles for a few moments, dab it dry with the other end of the cotton swab. Next, put a little neosporin on it. Do this at least twice a day.
Be careful not to pop your pimples in the future. I know I have done it numerous times because they do hurt once they get so big, but I am learning to leave them alone and typically they will go away on thier own if I just cleanse my face like I should twice a day. But if you ever have this challenhe again, just suck it up and deal with the reddness and pain and treat it like you would a normal wound...treat it so it does not get infected.|||Pic. How can i get pimple free skin?
i have many pimples on my face . can i get a home remedy for it? applying besan or any other thing?|||Honestly the best thing I did for my very severe acne, the only thing that made any difference was visiting a dermatologist and being put on prescription topical meds, as well as pills. i don%26#039;t have bad skin, i get the spot every now and again. i find that in the hot weather my skin gets more oily than usual and i get like little lumps on my for head and my cheeks. i find that washing my face with soap once or twice a day really helps. otherwise to get rid of the pimples or little lumps on your face use a facial scrub that has like little sand grains in it, as this is what takes away the excess oil or flaky skin. it helps to control pimples and opens and cleans your pores. a face mask once a week is also a good option, if your into that sort of stuff.
the last thing i can think of is a bowl of steaming chamomile tea (boil some water and add 2-3 bags of chamomile tea). put your face over the pot or bowl and let yourself sweat. this helps to clear and open pores, therefore, giving your skin a chance of pimple free.
just make sure that you eat plenty or fresh foods (fruits and vegetables) and drink plenty of water- as and unhealthy diet can sometimes be the cause of acne or pimples0 a lack of vital nutrients and mineral.
