I have a White bump/pimple on the left corner of my lips, on the lower side, what is that?

Right now, I%26#039;m battling a cold but have never seen anything like this before so I don%26#039;t think they are related.





I first noticed it around Monday or Tuesday (today is Friday). When I woke up this morning, it looked bigger.





It%26#039;s not red or purple. It%26#039;s white.





What is this thing and what%26#039;s the best way for me to treat it? I never usually get acne so I have no experience with this stuff.
