How do I get rid of a pimple in a few days?

School starts this thursday and i have a pimple that i would really like to be at least smaller if not gone. I%26#039;m going into my freshman year so please understand how vital a situation this is!!!! HELP!|||I understand how panic stricken you must feel. YIKES! Have you ever tried Neosporin Ointment on pimples? That stuff works great for me. Its a little greasy, so I try to use it at night. I have used it during the day too, but after I put a very little bit on, I dab some powder over it so it doesn%26#039;t look shiny. I hope this helps and good luck!!
